Mayabeque, Cuba: The number of positive cases for Covid-19 decreases in the last 15 days in Bejucal.
According to information offered by the health director in the territory, Osmalvis Sánchez García, the vaccination in the municipality is progressing and the decrease in cases is the result of the conclusion with the third dose in all adults.
Therefore, “with the first dose 16,276 people are vaccinated for 81 percent, the second dose is at 52.2 percent and the third at 50.5”, the doctor explained.
She also emphasized the importance of fully vaccinating the inhabitants even without having evidence of having contracted the disease.
