Mayabeque, Cuba: The health authorities of Mayabeque reported at midnight yesterday 49 new positives to Sars-CoV-2 in 10 of its eleven municipalities, accumulating to date 38 thousand 763 infected people.
The territories with the highest number are Jaruco and San José de las Lajas, detecting 15 cases each, Bejucal has 5 and Quivicán confirms 4.
On the other hand there is Madruga with 3 patients, San Nicolás and Nueva Paz have 2 and Güines, Melena del Sur and Santa Cruz del Norte 1 respectively.
Of the total number of patients, 1 does not have a specified source of infection and the rest are contacts of confirmed cases.
In the demarcation a citizen belonging to the municipality of Güines died.
