Mayabeque, Cuba: The people of Batabanó paid tribute to the Lord of the Vanguard at the closing of the Camilo-Che Ideological Day on October 28.
As usual, the residents of Batabanó accompanied by the local authorities made a solemn march to the Industrial Fishing Company of the territory where they remembered the Hero of Yaguajay on the 62nd anniversary of his physical disappearance.
On this occasion, three university students received the Youth for Life award.
Today, as is tradition, a mantle of flowers adorns the waters of Batabanó coast as a sign of respect and admiration of the Cuban people for the man with the eternal smile, Camilo Cienfuegos.
