Fidel's legacy in the new generations.

Digging into the truth of the conviction of the phrase I am Fidel, I was able to talk with some young people on the memorable morning of November 15, when happily willing and full of hope, they resumed their lives and dreams while returning to classrooms as students of pre-university education.

And it was gratifying and moving the tribute to the undisputed leader of the Revolution, whom their journey into eternity prevented them from knowing physically.

Although they did not have the opportunity to see him directing the destinies of the country, they do not remember his memorable speeches in that square animated by a sea of ??Cubans, they did not see him in the rain, hurricane winds, in the fields, in factories, touring schools, his imprint has taken root waves and solid.

There, among a group of students from the Pre-university Institute of Exact Sciences (IPVCE) Amistad Cuba Sweden, located in Melena del Sur and the only one of its kind in the province, I felt the presence of Fidel, who experienced teachers such as Mayra or as young as Evelio have managed to transmit them.

As if their lives had passed parallel to his and coincided, in some interception of the road they told me about his magnetism, about the magical aura that distinguishes the places where he was, in the things that he dreamed of.

His legacy comes to them in addition to the voice of the teacher, the father, the grandfather, they tell me, the anecdotes, their courage, their intransigence with imperialism, their delicacy with the ladies, love for children and trust in those of his age.

And I confess that the exchange energized me and filled me with hope. They, the new generation, who have to walk alone but with the guidance of their example, thanks to their footprint and their teaching will be their worthy heirs and will be able to write another very important part of our history, that of continuity, of each and every one of his dreams, beautiful utopias that make you fall in love and encourage you to continue on the path carved by him.
