Mayabeque, Cuba: Facilities of the Nelson Fernández Sports Complex in San José de las Lajas, hosted the actions of the Provincial Zonal Contest of Physical Education Classes for Primary and Higher Secondary education.
Students from the Camilo Cienfuegos Elementary School and the Hermanos Gómez Polytechnic Institute represented the capital of Mayabeque, in matches where they competed with their counterparts from Madruga, Jaruco, Melena and Nueva Paz.
For Primary Education, those selected in the final were Professor Daniel Moreira Vázquez for Lajero territory, Professor Isora Puerto Izquierdo for Jaruco and Roisy Mansito Díaz for Melena del Sur.
Those chosen by Higher Secondary Education were the educators Arisniel Riera from San José de las Lajas, Lázaro Ubanelles Reyes from Jaruco and Iliana Collazo Fernández from Nueva Paz.
The organizers of this contest congratulated all the winners, methodologists and Heads of Main Chairs for the good performance and the quality demonstrated by all the professors.
