Havana: The president of the National Assembly of People’s Power and the Council of State, Esteban Lazo, stressed the day before his trust in the people to end indiscipline and called for closing ranks against Covid-19 in Havana, Radio Reloj publishes.
During the meeting of the Provincial Defense Council of the capital, the also member of the Political Bureau, stressed that mistakes cannot continue to be made and assured that there are commitments, which force us to leave this new epidemiological situation soon.
The president of the Provincial Defense Council, Luis Antonio Torres Iríbar, called on state institutions to adopt extraordinary measures so as not to continue increasing the number of outbreaks.
He needed to expand capacities in care and isolation centers while advocating for increased inspection in all instances.
