La Paz: The historical leader of the Movement to Socialism, MAS, of Bolivia, Evo Morales, assumed the Presidency of that political organization on Tuesday to face efforts such as the subnational elections in March, Radio Reloj reports.
The also former president of the Andean nation released an agreement on that appointment that ratifies his leadership, endorsed by the first meeting of the direction of that movement, after his arrival from Argentina.
Morales also called an expanded national emergency meeting to lay the groundwork for the next election of the sub-nationals, which will take place on November 21 in the city of Cochabamba.
It was also known that the Minister of Justice of Bolivia, Iván Lima, reported that the ex-de facto ruler Jeanine Áñez will have to face a common trial, if her responsibility for the human rights violations committed under his mandate is confirmed.
