Mayabeque, Cuba: This November 25 we commemorate the fourth anniversary of the physical disappearance of the eternal Commander of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, a man who dedicated himself to building a country as a pure, faithful, humane priesthood, a path full of obstacles that he always knew how to overcome.
His example is always among us and it belies any hint of death. The young university student, the Moncadista who defended himself, the expeditionary, the guerrilla who came down victorious from the Sierra and the statesman, continues to walk with us, holding hands.
Fidel always warned about how difficult it was to carry out the Revolution, he gave himself to that cause until his last days. The work that he bequeathed to us we have to continue building… defending it.
