Cuba: The version 22 of the preliminary draft will be submitted to the analysis of experts and public and private entities related to the subject, said Leonardo Pérez, doctor of Science, president of the Cuban Society of Civil and Family Law of the National Union of Jurists, Radio Reloj reports.
Among the organizations starting the study, he mentioned the Ministries of Education and Higher Education, Public Health, Foreign Relations, Justice and the Interior, as well as religious institutions and the University of Havana.
Pérez said that criteria will be heard from specialists in psychology and sociology, as well as from the study centers of social development, demography, population aging, and entities for people with disabilities.
The text of the new Family Code goes through a drafting and revision process, which is enriched by the criteria that arise from the consultation process now extended to various institutions.
