Mayabeque, Cuba: Mayabeque reports today 40 new cases of Covid-19, distributed in ten of its 11 municipalities, for an accumulated of 38,636 in the province, the Official Website of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) in Cuba, reports.
All those infected are contacts of confirmed cases.
Jaruco registers 11 positives, Bejucal, Madruga and Nueva Paz present 5 and Santa Cruz del Norte 4.
Likewise, San José de las Lajas and Batabanó have 3, San Nicolás 2 and Güines and Melena del Sur with 1 case respectively.
For the fourth consecutive day, the territory does not present any deceased.
The authorities of the province urge the population to comply with the sanitary protocols and the guidelines of the Temporary Work Group to avoid the spread and regrowth of the disease.
