Cuba: The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, attended this Monday morning the central act for the restart of the school year throughout the country, from school Pedro Domingo Elementary School in Ciudad Escolar Libertad, in the capital city of Marianao, Cubadebate publishes.
With this act, all teaching levels began clases in the face to face modality. Upon completion of their full vaccination schedule, more than one million students of the general education in the country are gradually reincorporated into the classroom.
The activity, which was also attended by Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz, brought together elementary school students and the Valientes por la Vida Seal was delivered to three educational institutions for their extraordinary participation and dedication to confronting the pandemic.
