Havana, Cuba: The first representations attending the XX Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-Peoples’ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) to be held this Tuesday, arrived in Havana this Sunday, Radio Reloj publishes.
The Cuban Minister of Culture, Alpidio Alonso, received at the José Martí Airport the representatives of Caribbean nations such as Antigua and Barbuda and Saint Lucia.
The event will be a propitious moment to celebrate the seventeenth anniversary of the integration mechanism, said Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla in a message posted on his Twitter account.
It will be a good opportunity to jointly evaluate the regional scenario, the actions to guarantee peace and stability, as well as the political agreement to prevent interference in our internal affairs, Cuban Vice Foreign Minister Josefina Vidal acknowledged.
