Mayabeque, Cuba: The connectivity of the network of educational institutions in Madruga and its impact on the improvement of the teaching process are among the most significant advances in the computerization process in this municipality, which is advancing even amidst the strong restrictions of the national economy.
According to the Head of the telecommunications center in Madruga, engineer Reinier Méndez, the computerization process aimed at making the use of new technologies more and more affordable for the population has not stopped this year, on the contrary, since included in the local development strategy.
In commerce and other sectors that provide services to the population, they also worked on the connectivity of part of the support, the telecommunications engineer explained.
Engineer Reinier Méndez explained that the municipality’s procedure offices is currently being computerized, an experience that, in addition to benefiting and improving working conditions, speeds up responses to requests from the population.
