Human rights, everyone's rights.

Respecting human rights and fundamental freedoms, in a society, was the true purpose of the General Assembly of the United Nations to approve the Resolution of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on December 10, 1948.

Since the triumph of the Revolution in Cuba, it has been a priority of the Government to ensure equality, without distinction of sex, skin color, religion, language or any other condition.

It is important to note that despite all the limitations and the blockade of the United States on the Island, Education and Public Health services are a strength in this nation, since each citizen has free access, in addition to a future that guarantees men and good women, forged in a just society for all and for the good of all.

Dissimilar are the advances of the medical sciences made available to the people. Proof of this are the vaccination campaigns, the countless efforts in the fight against Covid-19, primary health care with the family doctor and nurse.

Today children, youth and adults have the right to receive an education at the level they deserve, without discriminating against those who require specialized attention due to their physical or motor limitations. That is why we are and will be Cuba, a small country with great strengths, when it comes to human rights.
