Mayabeque, Cuba: The educational system in Madruga rigorously assumes the current epidemiological situation caused by the high incidence rate of Covid-19.
For two weeks in one of the four popular councils of the municipality, affected by outbreaks of the disease, they specified alternatives to maintain the exchange with the students.
“In this scenario in which the popular council of Aguacate has presented active cases of Covid-19, schools are kept closed and students stay at home to avoid the spread of the virus?, the municipal deputy director of Education, Laritza Zayas O’Farril explained.
Zayas O’Farril added that the rigor with which they have directed teaching in the locality during the pandemic period produces zero infections of Covid-19 in the educational centers of the territory.
