Mayabeque, Cuba: The ?La Laguna? Camping site located in the municipality of Santa Cruz del Norte, resumed the function of isolation center, for contacts of confirmed cases of Covid-19.
In the facility 89 patients are kept under epidemiological surveillance, while in the Boca de Jaruco Motel 10 citizens remain in quarantine, who worked in the confrontation with the virus at the Provincial Faculty of Medical Sciences, located in Güines.
The workers of both centers have experience in this type of service. The collective of the Motel receives for the fifth time the personnel of the health sector, that of La Leguna, for the second time.
Despite the knowledge, the Public Health specialists carried out training actions with those involved and verified the state of the facilities.
