Mayabeque, Cuba: The sports movement in Mayabeque will participate in the virtual and face-to-face race convened by the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER) on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of this organization.

During the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of this month, the event will take place for the first time to be attended by family teams, work centers, schools, social and mass organizations, without distinction of sex and age, in addition to the individual form.

According to statements by Luisa Peña, director of sports in San José de las Lajas, walkers and runners from sports teams, rural population centers, sports schools and different sports teams have already confirmed their attendance, as well as the members of the Run for Life Club.

Registrations are by email marabana35@gmail.com, with the aim of grouping runners and walkers at a time when it is the house or block where the main stage resides, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through the Facebook site Andarines Cubanos, they will be able to access the certificates of participation, of an event that will have two options, one virtual in social networks and another in person, for which in the territories the Defense Councils must contemplate physical exercise in the air free in correspondence with the situation faced by each locality.
