Mayabeque, Cuba: Workers at the Porfirio Ruiseco soft drink factory, in Madruga, increase their productions to fulfill their commitments to the commercial network and give their contribution to the isolation centers where contacts and suspected cases of Covid-19 are treated in Mayabeque.

In this sense, since last January, a system of double work shifts was organized with a production of 24 thousand bags of Coral soft drink and more than eight thousand liters of concentrated syrup of different flavors for each day.

The Production Manager at the factory, Magda Gutiérrez, explained that the 36 workers of the collective expressed their willingness to redouble their efforts to support the country’s fight against Covid-19, in this case from food production.

She also said that the raw materials necessary to maintain the stability of the production process are guaranteed and that this month they ventured into another line of 700 milliliter bottled concentrated syrup distributed in units of the Mayabeque gastronomy.
