Havana: Cuba reported this Wednesday 959 new cases with Covid-19 and 11 deaths in the last 24 hours, with which the Caribbean country accumulates 89,404 confirmed and 487 deaths since March 2020, Radio Havana Cuba publishes.
During the day, 24,600 admitted patients were reported, of them 3,688 suspects, 16,165 under surveillance and 4,747 still active with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the pathogen that causes Covid-19.
Cuba accumulates three million 277 thousand 536 tests carried out during more than a year of presence of the pandemic in the national territory.

There were 487 deaths (11 in the day), two evacuees, 54 returned to their countries, on the day there were 1027 discharges, 84,114 recovered patients (94.1%) accumulate. Seventy-five confirmed patients are cared for in intensive care, of which 32 are critical and 43 are seriously ill.
