A 32-year-old Cuban citizen from the Madruga Municipality, with a Personal Pathological History of Arterial Hypertension, is reported today in serious condition. He is in Intermediate Care, afebrile, conscious, oriented, cooperative, on intermittent non-invasive ventilation. Hemodynamically stable. Normal diuretic rhythm. Gasometry with respiratory alkalosis. Chest X-ray. Inflammatory mottling in both lung bases.
The use of the mask face is mandatory in all scenarios, and the assistance of people with catarrhal signs and symptoms in work centers or other institutions is prohibited.
Preventive measures include the increase in clinical investigations, disinfection of hands and surfaces with sodium hypochlorite.
