For COVID-19, a total of 38 thousand 721 samples were made for surveillance during the day, resulting in 5 thousand 613 positive. With the PCR test 17 thousand 408 samples were studied and 21 thousand 313 people were studied with antigen. The country accumulates 5 million 628 thousand 936 samples carried out and 250 thousand 527 positive.
Of the total number of cases (5,613): 5,472 were contacts of confirmed cases; 86 with a source of infection abroad; 55 without a specified source of infection.
Of the 5 613 cases diagnosed, 2,940 were female and 2673 male.
13.2% (741) of the 5 613 positive cases were asymptomatic, accumulating a total of 95 thousand 848, which represents 38.2% of those confirmed to date.
The 5 613 diagnosed cases belong to the age groups: under 20 years old (1047), from 20 to 39 years old (1669), from 40 to 59 years old (1886) and over 60 years old (1011).

Of the 250 thousand 527 patients diagnosed with the disease, 36 thousand 840 remain hospitalized, of which 36 thousand 627 with stable clinical evolution. There are 1,608 deaths (29 in the day); two evacuees, 54 returned to their countries, on the day there were 3,662 discharges, 212,023 recovered patients accumulate (84.6%). 213 confirmed patients are cared for in intensive care, 94 of them critically ill and 119 seriously ill.
