Mayabeque, Cuba: The gastronomy in Madruga showed favorable results at this stage of the year despite the difficulties presented by the pandemic.

As explained by the main specialist of the Municipality’s Gastronomy Trade and Services Directorate, Alberto Mora Hernández, the organization diversified the offers in the units in operation, and highlighted the good development of the management that guarantees the availability of products for the preparation of food.

The recent reopening of the Flor del Copey center, remodeled after a period of inactivity, strengthened the gastronomic work in response to part of the demands of the population.

Mora Hernández also highlighted the joint work with mini industries of the territory, to increase the products in cafeterias, pizzerias and other commercial units of the demarcation.
