Cairo: The Egyptian-Cuban Friendship Association today condemned the unconventional war of the United States against the Caribbean island, which includes the economic, commercial and financial blockade, as well as various attempts to destabilize, Prensa Latina publishes.
In a message sent by President Miguel Díaz-Canel, the organization denounced the “imposition of a hostile policy designed to suffocate the Cuban economy,” while reaffirming its solidarity with the people and Government of that country.
He also rejected political and media campaigns, through the use of social networks, to create a state of unrest in the national territory.
The objective is to try to sow chaos, show the alleged inability of the authorities to govern and impose a change in the system, the text warned.
However, the association assured that the Cuban people have ?the conscience and the strength to defend their socialist state (?) and confront foreign conspiracies?.
