For five years he embarked on the path to another dimension, aware that his passage through life is unforgettable. Convinced of the strength of his major work, the Cuban Revolution and of the greatness of the people that builds it day by day.

Fidel is that paradigm of a revolutionary who encourages and inspires all good men who love freedom and justice.

The inscription of Cuba on the world political map, being a small island in the Caribbean, is the work of Fidel, who forged a people in resistance with deep patriotic roots.

Fidel believed and fought tirelessly for a better world and in that struggle of ideas, convictions and principles he became the voice of the most humble and forgotten on the planet.

Five years have passed since that November 25, 2016 when the news of the departure of the leader of the Revolution shocked the world.

In Cuba, the decision to be loyal and faithful to his legacy was translated into the commitment of a heroic people who learned from that very day to live without him but with him in their hearts.

They have been difficult years, of challenges and challenges for the country, in which Fidel’s legacy accompanies and enlightens us. It is comforting to see that Cuba lives and is reborn, that it is recovering from the pandemic and is resuming economic and social life.

There is the imprint of Fidel and his light, lighting the way to a better future.

Five years ago the people took to the streets to honor their leader and seal the commitment to the continuity of his ideals.

When you say Cuba you say homeland, dignity, sovereignty, you simply say: Fidel.
