Mayabeque, Cuba: The 31 delegates to the Assembly of People’s Power in Melena del Sur elected the First Vice Minister of Higher Education, Walter Baluja García, as a deputy to the Cuban Parliament.
The president of the Provincial Electoral Council, Raquel Piñeiro Díaz and the official of the Independent Department of the National Assembly of People’s Power, Sonia Núñez González, highlighted the extraordinary curriculum, capacity, trajectory and personal values ??of the comrade.
Once the scrutiny was carried out, the president of the Municipal Electoral Council, Mateo Vicente Ascuí Reyes, introduced the new deputy.
