Mayabeque, Cuba: The first quarter of the year will end in Madruga with better preparation of the productive forms of the municipality in its agricultural work.

Since last January, leaders of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP) received training in specialized workshops, which transmitted knowledge about procedures and techniques in soil management and the subsequent development of crops.

The productive forms of Madruga are called at this stage to increase the production of the field with the support of science to strengthen their agricultural work, contribute with the offers in the commercialization and strengthen local self-sufficiency, maintains the present information from the Department of Development and Cooperative development of the municipality’s agricultural directorate.

The specialized trainings aimed at promoting agricultural results have the active participation of the executive members of productive base units of the territory with the maxim of taking advantage of the land and prioritizing from agriculture the development of science and technology and growing in quantities and agricultural varieties in response to food sustainability.
