Potencian en Mayabeque el desarrollo de micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas.

Mayabeque, Cuba: Mayabeque has 63 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Of these, 52 are listed in the Mercantile and Commercial Registry.

The economic activity is directed fundamentally to textile and footwear confections, food production and construction.

Producciones Geobani L from the capital of Mayabeque began this type of economic management in December 2021 and after three months the level of satisfaction of its owner Geobani Ladrón de Guevara Matos and of the workers is significant, due to the economic results and the production chain with companies and organizations.

Another of the MSMEs that San José de las Lajas has is Taller La Goma and BERNAL Technical Services, both of which have a productive link with several companies and with each other.

In Güines, these new economic actors also stand out, among them, OH2L, ORIEL Beach Flip Flop Productions and the Lácteos Rojas Company, an ice cream producer and marketer. The latter foresees collaboration agreements with science centers in the province for the immediate future.

For its part, the company Los del Pino de Nueva Paz, with 28 workers, is distinguished by the production of canned products, wines, vinegars and concentrates.

Among the newly incorporated micro, small and medium-sized companies in the province is the cafeteria Los Torres in San Nicolás, specialized in the preparation of pasta, and Construcciones Pérez Solano in San José de las Lajas, who today assume the remodeling and expansion of the therapy room at the Leopoldito Martínez General Teaching Hospital.
