Mayabeque, Cuba: Mayabeque reported yesterday a total of 51 infected with Covid-19 in 8 of its 11 municipalities, all contacts of previously diagnosed cases, the official website of the Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) publishes.
The largest number of positive cases is presented by the municipality of San José de las Lajas with 22, followed by Batabanó with 13 and Bejucal with 5.
Melena del Sur and Nueva Paz reported 3 patients each, Jaruco and Madruga 2 and Güines 1.
The authorities of the province make a call to strictly comply with biosecurity measures, the mandatory use of the mask, physical distancing and constant hand washing, to avoid possible contagion.
