Mayabeque, Cuba: The Agrarian University of Havana, Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez, located in Mayabeque, will recognize outstanding graduates in the 2019-2020 academic year, Radio Jaruco reports.
According to the director of the Department of University Extension, the Master of Science Amílcar Herrera Albear, this Thursday, November 11, graduates with relevant results will be recognized in an academic act that will take place in the theater of the House of Higher Studies.
At the ceremony, the rectory of the university will award the gold titles to graduates with outstanding academic results and will highlight the most integral of the educational center. They will also recognize the graduates who deserved the status of avant-garde in their faculties.
The Master of Science, Amílcar Herrera, added that graduates with extensive work in research and scientific-student activities will receive the award for the Scientific Merit. He also specified that other institutions in the province will highlight the work of the graduates who were linked to their profiles during the career.
