Delegates of Mayabeque to the Party Congress analyzed guiding documents.

Mayabeque, Cuba: The delegates to the Eighth Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba in Mayabeque carried out the analysis and debate of core issues on the economy and the need to continue the role of the membership in the processes that take place in the country among other issues they will present in commissions during the great appointment from April 16 to 19.

During two days they took into account issues of importance for the Cuban nation and the role of the Party in the continuity of the Cuban revolutionary process.

The member of the secretariat of the Central Committee of the Party, Abelardo Álvarez Gil, specified that the essence is in the efficiency of the work of the cadres and the permanent link with the base so that the leaders have greater exchange with the people in the strategies for progress socioeconomic in the face of the challenges facing Cuba.

The National Secretary of the Telecommunications Union, Marisol Fuentes Ferrer, spoke of the participation of workers in the political processes of presentation, analysis, evaluation and conformation of the economic plan from each work center to make proposals to seek greater income from starting from the real opportunities in each place.

Another of the elements to which she referred is related to planning, regulation, management and control in the entities, as agreed in the collective agreements as an important tool where the union regulations are annexed.

In the plenary session, the Head of the Office of Administration and Services of the Central Committee, Juan Miguel García Díaz, called for strengthening the militancy in the current and future scenario to act in the new circumstances.

The people from the neighborhood also support partisan work, argued the governor of the province, Tamara Valido Benítez, highlighting the importance of the ideological work based on the Party as the governing body of politics in the country and to guarantee the sustainability of the process. The training of workers and the policy to implement the results of science and technology, the management of projects and innovation programs to evaluate their affectivity in strategic sectors and fields of biotechnology and the medical-pharmaceutical industry, were thematic addressed by the director of research and development of the National Center for Bio-preparations, Doctor of Science Alexis Labrada Rosado.

On her part, the researcher from the Institute of Animal Science, Bárbara Rodríguez Sánchez, added about the importance of recycling at the present time and how to contribute to this task.

In agriculture, it is necessary to apply the advances of new technologies to increase yields and this is demonstrated by the farmer Luis Pérez Gil, President of the Rómulo Padrón Credit and Services Cooperative in Jaruco.

The member of the Central Committee of the Party and First Secretary of the PCC in this province, Yanina De la Nuez Aclich, said that the cadres are fundamental pillars to strengthen the economy and preserve unity.

She considered that in the debate of the Mayabeque delegates, criticism and contribution to issues dealt with in the documents for the Eighth Congress of the PCC prevailed.
