Mayabeque, Cuba: The Agricultural Production Cooperative Camilo Cienfuegos, from Madruga, hosted the provincial activity for the International Day of the Rural Women.
The peasant, Yeniset Allende Barrios, associate of the Credit and Service Cooperative (CCS by its Spanish initials) Conrado Benítez, highlighted the importance of the incorporation of young women to the tasks of the field, as an expression and guarantee of the continuity of the revolutionary work.
A group of prominent women in the movement Cuban Women Federation of – National Association of Small Farmers, together with the best brigade belonging to the CCS Pedro González, from Madruga, were recognized for their contributions to food security.
The peasant Javier Amable Febles, received the card that accredits him as a member of the Communist Party of Cuba for his unconditional dedication to working in the fields and his political and ideological conditions, an example before his work group.
