Gastronomic units take extreme measures against Covid-19.

Mayabeque, Cuba: The Business Unit of Commerce and Gastronomy in San Nicolás directs its priorities to the transformation of the sector around the preparation of its workers, the substantial improvement of its services and customer service.

According to the director of that entity, Enel Alonso Sardiñas, the process of preparing these personnel constitutes the main task, for which there is a contract with the Municipal University Center (CUM).

Among the aspects of greatest incidence is the differentiated attention to the client, where courtesy, the hygiene of the establishments and the good offer are part of that fusion that offers satisfaction and quality in the proposals.

The challenge is to provide an accurate explanation to the population, taking into account consumer protection to provide a better service.
