Mayabeque, Cuba: The Group of Insurance and Financial Services of Cuba, OSDE CAUDAL, SA, located in the municipality of Güines, informs the entire insured population and the clients of the National Insurance Company (ESEN) and International Insurance of Cuba (ESICUBA) that, at As of July 1, 2021 and throughout that month, all of its clients automatically enjoy a grace period throughout the national territory.
It is valid to clarify that it will not be necessary to pay the insurance premiums due on their expiration dates, all contracts or policies subscribed remain in force.
This period is intended to prevent people from having to go to the offices in person. During this period only collections, electronic payments and bank transfers will be made.
In addition, attention services and face-to-face procedures with the population are temporarily suspended, with the exception of travel insurance services and medical expenses for foreigners, under strict hygienic-sanitary measures.
In cases of damage occurring during this phase, they will be covered and compensated according to the provisions of each policy, and the insured must present the supporting documents once the interruption of the procedures due to the measure to minimize mobility has been completed.
The expired insurance premiums will be paid in person by the insured, in agreement with the insurance agents or specialists of the offices, when the circumstances allow it, and once the aforementioned period expires, its extension will be evaluated if required.
