Mayabeque, Cuba: The Cuban education system prevails in the face of adversity, since the Municipal University Center (CUM), of Madruga, deploys actions to guarantee higher education in the midst of the limitations caused by Covid-19.
The digital channels have been a useful support in the period and have made it possible to maintain the study guides and will transmit contents of the new school year remotely or in person according to the conditions.
Starting in September, the CUM will resume higher education in a second period of the current epidemiological stage with the transmission of pedagogical indications.
The application of variants in the municipality facilitated the completion of undergraduate studies in the last period and seeks to continue the visualization of the contents, which will guarantee the graduation of more than 50 students by the end of the next school year.
