Mayabeque, Cuba: The National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba (ANEC by its Spanish initials) announced the Mayabeque entities nominated for the award for the best results in the midst of the confrontation with the epidemic, the impact of the world economic crisis and the North American blockade, the Cuban Agency for News reports.
The nominees of the province were the National Center for Bio-preparations and the Oil Drilling and Extraction Companies of the West Capitán Jesús Suárez Gayol and Avícola Mayabeque.
All these entities were selected based on their comprehensive results, for their contribution to the economic and social development of the nation and to the improvement of the people’s standard of living.
Outstanding groups in the fight against COVID-19, in the production of vaccines, food and other goods and services, in exports and in activities or strategic sectors for the country, are among the 49 nominees for the Recognition for Economic-Productive Management, corresponding to 2021.
The selection was carried out by the National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba with the advice of the political and administrative authorities of each territory.
They also announced that its delivery will be in the coming days, within the scope of the current Cuba 2021 Economic Productive Day.
