Mayabeque, Cuba: The study of the draft bill of the courts of justice focused part of the issues analyzed by the deputies of Mayabeque, prior to the Seventh Ordinary Period of Sessions, of the IX Legislature of the National Assembly of People’s Power.
Mayabeque parliamentarians learned of the results of the consultations on four draft laws, among them, the Criminal Procedure Law, the Law of the Courts of Justice, the Administrative Process Law, as well as the Law of the Process Code.
These topics also motivated the debate among those present from the perspective of the people.
The Governor of Mayabeque, Tamara Valido Benítez, refers that the analysis responds to social interests.
