Mayabeque, Cuba: The province of Mayabeque shows a slight decrease in positive cases for Covid-19.
At midnight yesterday, the health authorities of the demarcation reported 5 patients, distributed in 5 of the 11 municipalities, the official website of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) of Cuba reports.
Of the total infected, 1 has no specified source of infection and the rest are contacts of confirmed cases.
The municipalities with new positives yesterday are Batabanó, Bejucal, Madruga, Melena del Sur and Santa Cruz del Norte with one patient each.
The territory does not report any deceased.
The population must continue to comply with biosafety measures to avoid a future outbreak of the virus and to reach the new normal with a firm step.
