Argentina: Argentina enters its final phase today before going to the polls next Sunday for complex legislative elections, in which 34 million people will elect 151 new congressmen, Radio Habana Cuba reports.
Of the total of the 257 seats in the Chamber of Deputies, today the ruling Frente de Todos has 120 seats and Juntos por el cambio 115, so the two political coalitions with the most representation put everything at stake.
In the Senate, the situation is more complex for the ruling party, which has an absolute majority (41 of 72 seats).
Precisely the 24 positions at stake in the upper house represent eight provinces on this occasion.
