Mayabeque, Cuba: The official site of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) of Cuba publishes that yesterday Mayabeque reports 8 infected with SARS-CoV-2.
The municipality of Santa Cruz del Norte has 3 patients, while Güines and Madruga 2 positive for Covid-19 each and San José de las Lajas registers only 1 patient.
According to the national part of MINSAP, all are contacts of confirmed cases.
In the country there were four deaths yesterday and one belongs to Mayabeque. We convey condolences to family and friends.
The authorities of the province urge to maintain biosecurity measures and to have a perception of risk to avoid reappearance in this new normality.
