Participants in the highest meeting of the authorities of the industry without chimneys in the world, including journalists, analyze the threat of Covid-19 to the sector and the reactivation of tourism.
The UNWTO in a report on the current panorama of tourism and the new coronavirus pandemic refers to travel restrictions in 46 destinations.
The note adds that only four tourist poles eliminated all restrictions related to Covid-19 (Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Mexico).
Europe is the region of the world most open to international tourists, followed by Africa, America and the Middle East.
