Mayabeque, Cuba: With the presence of the member of the Central Committee of the Party and First Secretary of the organization in Mayabeque, Yanina de la Nuez and the Vice Governor Manuel Aguilar, took place the provincial celebration of the 48th anniversary of the Attorney General’s Office.
Regarding the anniversary, they recognized, for the satisfactory results in the criminal proceedings with greater complexity, the Chief Prosecutor of the Department of Criminal Proceedings, Eyne Daniel López Vargas, the provincial prosecutors Yerandy Calzadilla, Saylet Fuentes, Osmany Hoyos and the Municipal Chief Prosecutor of San José de las Lajas Ariagne Pérez Pérez, and Yailén Alarcón Fonseca, his counterpart in Quivicán.
Also for the 30 years of service in the Prosecutor’s Office they homaged Ivón Lauzardo Bernal and Susana Letrán Marquetti, Kirenia Hernández Marín for 20 years and Milagros Acosta Llanes, Elizabeth Rivero de la Rosa, Francisco Romero Martínez, Aleida Fernández Ávila, Leydis Lugo and Raúl Mesa for 10 years.
In the midst of the complex scenario imposed by the spread of Covid-19, the adverse international context, the global economic crisis and the excessive effort of the enemy to destroy the Revolution, this body maintains its mission to defend legality.
The member of the Central Committee of the Party and First Secretary of the party organization in Mayabeque, Yanina de la Nuez Aclich, congratulated the workers of the Office of the Prosecutor and called on them to accompany the people in the study and analysis of the Family Code Project, which will be submitted to a popular consultation in early 2022.
She also conveyed recognition for the work carried out during this difficult period, due to the scourge of the new coronavirus and for the confrontation with the intensification of the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States against Cuba.
