Mayabeque, Cuba: Mayabeque reports 55 positive samples to the coronavirus, distributed in 5 of its 11 municipalities, all contacts of confirmed cases, according to the official website of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP).
The territory with the highest number of patients is Bejucal with 28, followed by Santa Cruz del Norte with 14; San José de las Lajas with 6, San Nicolás with 5 and Jaruco with 2.

The level of immunity that we achieved with the vaccination campaign is not enough to make the epidemic disappear.
Even though this level of immunization reached places us in an advantageous position against the virus, and in this new moment of the epidemic there is no increase in the number of serious, critical and deceased cases, compared to previous outbreaks, each death is regrettable.
