Mayabeque, Cuba: In the provincial balance assembly corresponding to the energy sector in Mayabeque, companies with high yields and therefore a great contribution to the economic and social development of the country were recognized.
For exceeding the plan for the year 2021, the Western Mining Company, the Ernesto Guevara de la Serna Thermoelectric Power Plant and the Mayabeque Electric Company were named National Vanguard.
At the meeting they also honored the Power Plant Maintenance Company and the Energas Base Business Unit, located in Puerto Escondido, the latter for its compliance and quality of services.
They also selected Ismel Romero as the best worker of the year 2021 for his outstanding work.
Maintaining efficiency, effectiveness and social commitment are the challenges of these energy companies in Mayabeque and the rest of the country.
These entities contribute to the development of society and the sustainability of the economy.
