Mayabeque, Cuba: On March 2, the Jaruco Culinary Association will start operating in a place provided by the Business Unit of the Commerce and Gastronomy Base.

The representative of the organization in the municipality, Noel Sánchez, reported that the building occupied by the Cremería, in front of the Cinema in the territory, was chosen to work on the revitalization of the gastronomic service in the territory.

He commented that the Jaruco Culinary Association will have an adjoining classroom for courses, workshops, expo-sale of books and projection of films and documentaries on topics related to the specialty.

The opening of the organization next March 2 will be conducive to starting the Second Level Cooking Course, which keeps its call open for all those who attended and passed the First Level. The training will be given by the international Chef Melba Martínez Santana.
