Havana, Cuba: This Monday, August 31, starting at 10:00 a.m. and until 12:00 noon, the Granma newspaper invites to participate in a debate forum with authorities of the Ministry of Education regarding the restart of the 2019-2020 school year.
On September 1st , with the exception of the Cuban capital, based on the epidemiological situation it presents, the school year in the country will resume.
The Authorities of the Ministry of Education will specify the guidelines for the restart of the course, the continuity of studies, the hygienic-sanitary measures in educational institutions, the actions designed to avoid overcrowding in educational institutions, the measures designed for Havana taking into account that is in a scenario of limited autochthonous transmission and the reviews for the entrance test.
