Havana: At midnight Sunday, September 6, Cuba reported 43 new cases of COVID-19, for a cumulative of 4,352 since last March; 52 medical discharges and one deceased, informed this Monday in a press conference the national director of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Public Health (Minsap), Dr. Francisco Durán García, Cubadebate publishes.
For COVID-19 7,164 samples were studied, resulting in 43 positive samples. The country accumulates 439,204 samples made and 4,352 positive (0.99%). Therefore, at the end of yesterday 43 new cases were confirmed, with a cumulative of 4 thousand 352 in the country.
Of the 43 diagnosed cases, 42 are Cubans and one a foreign citizen. Of the total number of diagnosed cases, 32 were contacts of confirmed cases, ten without a specified source of infection and one with a source of infection abroad, 27 are male and 16 are female. 51.1% (22) were asymptomatic.

Havana: 17 cases, Arroyo Naranjo 6, Boyeros 3, 10 de Octubre 3, Habana del Este 1, Guanabacoa 1, Cotorro 1,Cerro 1, Playa 1 (imported)
Ciego de Ávila: 16 cases.
Of the 4,352 patients diagnosed with the disease, 606 (13.9%) remain admitted, 594 98.0% with stable clinical evolution. 102 deaths are reported (one of the day), two evacuated, 52 discharges of the day, 3 thousand 642 recovered patients accumulate (83.7%).
Two patients in critical condition and 10 in serious condition are reported. Until September 6, 185 countries with COVID-19 cases are reported, the confirmed cases amount to 26 million 921 thousand 111 (+ 280 thousand 864) and 881 thousand 831 deaths (+ 6 thousand 868) for a fatality of 3.28 .
In the region of the Americas, 14 million 150 thousand 397 confirmed cases (+ 119 thousand 049) are reported, 52.56 of the total cases reported in the world, with 489 thousand 270 deaths (+ 4 thousand 597) for a fatality of 3.46 (0.01).
