Mayabeque, Cuba: The circumstances imposed by the Covid-19 make the celebrations for the new birthday of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) to have another nature, in a very special way, the support of its members for the actions of the public health in the neighborhoods.
As in previous years, men and women with exemplary work in the production and services will be recognized, including members of the Medical Contingent, Henry Reeve. That moment is reserved for September 24, at eight o’clock in the evening, at the Casa de la Décima in Güines, a cultural institution that will receive the Barrio Prize the CDR awards.
The celebration includes a generational meeting, where founders of the largest mass organization in the country, will exchange with young CDR members
