The use of agro-ecological products, the protection and conservation of soils, as well as the intercalation of crops were topics debated in the workshop held at the Agriculture Production Cooperative Humberto Hernández in Güines.
The Master in Agricultural Sciences, Pablo Ibarra Alfonso, said that the implementation of these good practices allows obtaining higher productive yields and is a more economical alternative.
The producers of the cooperative sector of Güines recognized the importance of these meetings sponsored by the Local Agricultural Innovation Program as it trains them in agro-ecological issues based on the experiences applied in the furrow.
