Moscow: Russian security forces prevented the materialization of a terrorist attack in an administrative building in Moscow, reported this Thursday the information center of the Federal Security Service (FSB), Radio Habana Cuba publishes.
“A Central Asian man born in 1999 who was making preparations to commit a terrorist act in a government building with the use of an improvised explosive device, under instructions from international terrorist organizations, has been arrested,” the FSB reported.
The components of the explosive device were discovered in a hideout equipped by the suspect, who after the attack had planned to flee to an area of ??hostilities in the Middle East.
The detainee’s communications revealed correspondence discussing the planning of the attack and providing instructions for the manufacture of explosives. A video has also been found in which the man swore allegiance to extremist leaders.
