The head of the Department of Vectors of the Northern area of ??Güines, Eduardo Núñez González, reported that there are currently 22 foci scattered throughout the territory.
Núñez González highlighted the Asbert neighborhood as the area with the greatest presence of the fearsome insect and given this situation the brigade carries out intensive sanitary work.
Eduardo added that the anti-vector operators carry out adulticidal, focal and perifocal treatments.
The head of the Department of Vectors of the Northen area of ??Güines emphasizes that to prevent the proliferation of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito, the population must cooperate with the established measures.
